City of Memphis/Shelby County Holds 1st Annual 5K Walk/Run & Health Fair
Power Life Fitness Participates in the First Annual Health Fair on September 25, 2010.
Power Life Fitness was invited to participate in the first annumal City of Memphis and Shelby County employee 5K Run/Walk. The free event took place at Audubon Park and was open to all employees and their families. Service provided by Power Life Fitness included fitness assessments, health screenings and exercise demonstrations. Power Life Fitness was also invited to lead the group in warm up and stretching exercises prior to the start. Mayor A.C. Wharton hosted the event.
